HLD Land Development Limited Partnership ("HLD.UN") has announced a distribution of C$0.11 per unit for the quarter ending June 30, 2012. The distribution will be paid on July 26, 2012 to holders of record on July 19, 2012.

HLD.UN will begin trading ex-distribution on Tuesday, July 17, 2012.
