The Bank of Nova Scotia Preferred Shares, Series W (the "Shares") have been approved for listing on CNSX.
The Shares are exchangeable for common shares of The Bank of Nova Scotia commencing on December 31, 2012, subject to certain conditions. Other features include:(i) dividend of $0.53125 per Share payable semi-annually; (ii) the Shares are redeemable for cash by the Bank; (iii) the Shares are non-voting; and (iv) the Shares are senior to the common shares
