Gold Reef International,Inc. has announced a name change to Montana Gold Mining Company Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each 10 (10)  pre-consolidation common shares. Fractional shares remaining after giving effect to the consolidation will be cancelled, such that shareholdings of each shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of postconsolidation common shares. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 4,249,104 common shares.

The record date for the consolidation is January 7, 2011.  The post-consolidated common shares of Montana Gold Mining Company Inc. will begin trading on January 5, 2011. Montana Gold Mining will trade under the symbol "MGM".

Dealers should be aware that open orders on "GRQ" will not be transferred to "MGM ", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "MGM " taking into account the share consolidation.
