CNQ has approved for listing the common shares of Sunorca Development Corp.
Sunorca will be available for trading at the opening on Wednesday May 26, 2004. There are 6,612,770 common shares outstanding with a public float of 4,644,638 shares.

Sunorca is involved in oil and gas exploration in western Canada through participation in development well drilling in north-western Alberta. As well, Sunorca has entered into a series of agreements with Artumas Group involving the Mnazi Gas to Power Project in Tanzania.

Sunorca Development Corp. previously traded on NEX "SUN.H".

The shares will trade in Canadian Currency.
